South Africa Group Tour

Departure: 20 November 2026  -  11 Days

1st Day       (Fri    20th  November) : Johannesburg – Suncity

Arrival at Johannesburg O.R. Tambo International Airport; Johannesburg, South Africa's biggest city, began as a 19th-century gold-mining settlement.

Proceed onward to Sun City Resort, a surf and safari destination sprawled along the border of the Pilanesberg national park.

Check into hotel for overnight. Rest of day at leisure  (D )

 

2nd Day     (Sat 21st November) : Sun city

Today is at leisure to explore the various activities at the resort- the Valley of Waves and various attractions at Sun City Resort at your own pace. (Activities are at an additional cost and on direct payment basis.)    Overnight stay at the hotel. (B,D)

 

3rd Day      (Sun 22nd November) : Sun city –Pilanesberg - Sun city

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day Pilanesberg Game Drive experience from Sun City Resort . At the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, located approximately 30 km away from Sun City, enjoy an exciting game drive through the reserve, with opportunities to spot the Big Five and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

After completing the game drive, return to Sun City Resort. Overnight stay at the hotel.(B,L,D)

 

 

4th Day      (Mon 23rd November) : Sun city - Pretoria- Port Elizabeth

After breakfast, check out of hotel and proceed to Pretoria for a panoramic city tour -It is the administrative capital of South Africa, known as the Jacaranda City for its thousands of purple-blossoming trees. Then continue to drive onward to Lanseria Airport to board flight to Port Elizabeth-officially renamed Gqeberha but widely called P.E. or the "Friendly City", is a major coastal seaport and economic hub in the county. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, before retiring for the day. Overnight at hotel. (B,D)

 

 

5th Day      (Tue 24th November) : Port Elizabeth - Knysna

After breakfast, check out of hotel and proceed to Knysna. En route, visit Plettenberg Bay- a seaside town on the Garden Route; affectionately known as "Plett," it is a premier holiday town on South Africa’s Garden Route. It is renowned for its beaches, mild year-round climate, abundant marine life. Continue onward to Knysna- a scenic gem on South Africa's Garden Route. On arrival, check into hotel for overnight ( B,D)

 

 

 

6th Day      (Wed 25th November) : Knysna - Oudtshoorn – Knysna

Today , after breakfast proceed to Oudtshoorn for a day excursion - visit the Cango Caves - Heritage Tour of the fascinating underground limestone caves-an easy walk through the first six largest halls, continuing through to the African Drum room with a few stairways; Cango Wildlife Ranch, and the Safari Ostrich Farm – Tractor Tour- enjoy a wildlife experience, and learn about ostrich farming during the tractor tour . Later drive back to hotel in Knysna for overnight. (B,D)

 

7th Day      (Thu 26th November) : Knysna – Mossel Bay- Cape Town

After breakfast, proceed to transfer from Knysna to Cape Town via the scenic Garden Route, covering approximately 500 km.

En route, visit Mossel Bay - the place where the first Europeans landed on South African soil. Explore this charming coastal town before continuing the journey to Cape Town.

Enjoy the spectacular scenery along the route, featuring pristine beaches, rugged coastlines, indigenous forests, and picturesque seaside towns.

Upon arrival in Cape Town, check in to your hotel. Refresh and proceed for dinner at local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel in Cape Town. (B,D)

 

 

8th Day      (Fri 27th November) : Cape Town - City Tour

After breakfast, proceed on a half-day Cape Town City Tour. As South Africa's scenic "Mother City," it blends dramatic ocean views with rich cultural landmarks. The tour covers the iconic Table Mountain (weather permitting), along with a drive past some of Cape Town’s famous landmarks, including the Iziko South African Museum, Castle of Good Hope, Bo-Kaap, and Signal Hill. (viewpoint stop). Rest of the day is at leisure to explore Cape Town at your own pace- can enjoy OPTIONAL activities- Helicopter ride (The Hopper , 12 mins) 10,000 ft Tandem Skydiving, visit to Robben Island, etc. (B,D)

 

9th Day      (Sat 28th November) : Cape Town - Full Day Cape Peninsula

After breakfast, proceed on a full-day Cape Peninsula Tour. Drive along one of the world's most scenic coastal routes, passing the stunning beaches of Camps Bay and the dramatic  cliffs of Chapman's Peak Drive (subject to road conditions).

Visit Hout Bay, where you can enjoy an optional Seal Island Cruise to see thousands of Cape fur seals in their natural habitat. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, home to spectacular coastal scenery, unique flora and fauna, and the iconic Cape Point. Enjoy a funicular ride to the lighthouse for panoramic views of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.

Later, visit Boulders Beach, famous for its colony of endangered African penguins, where you can observe these charming birds up close from the boardwalks.

Return to Cape town. Dinner and overnight at hotel ( B,D)

 

 

10th Day (Sun 29th November) : Cape Town -– Cape Town

Today enjoy the 2 hour journey from Cape Town to Hermanus- a famous seaside town known for whale watching, scenic cliff paths, and local wine. Upon arrival , Enjoy a 2 hour cruise – view Southern Right whales, Humpback whales, Bryde’s whales, dolphins, and Cape fur seals. Later enjoy the day to explore this charming coastal town, famous for its scenic coastline, whale- watching viewpoints, and relaxed atmosphere. Optional activity- Quad bike trail, Shark Cage Diving. Later, return to Cape Town and proceed for dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel in Cape Town.(B,D)

 

 

11th Day    (Mon 30th November) : Cape Town – Departure

Morning free till check out from the hotel. Proceed to Cape Town International Airport for homebound flight.

Bid farewell to South Africa with wonderful memories. Safe travels! (B)
