Day 1: Mumbai-Tashkent
Departure from Mumbai to arrive in Tashkent Check in at Hotel for overnight.
Day 2: Tashkent
After a hearty breakfast, proceed for Tashkent city tour: Visit Independence Square, Victory Monument, Broadway street with artists and Souvenirs, Amir Timur Square, Lal Bakhadur Shastri Monument. After Lunch continue on the city tour to visit Ming O’rik settlement (5th century) archeological site in the central part of Tashkent, Ak-Tepe settlement (5th cent) coins of Zoroastrian temple. Day 3: Tashkent-Samarkand
After breakfast board the bullet train- Afrosiyob to Samarkand. On arrival proceed to Visit Registan Square with three madrasahs, Gur-Emir mausoleum, Bibi-Khanum mosque (outside only).After Lunch ,visit Shakhi-Zinda necropolis, Afrosiyob settlement – the part of Zoroastrian religion. Overnight in Samarkand (B,L,D)
Day 4: Samarkand
Today’s visit in Samarkand includes visit to Saint Danie’sl tomb, M.Ulugbek’s observatory and museum. After lunch, Visit Khazrati Khizir Mosque, Siyob Bazar for souvenirs and dry fruits, Silk Carpet Factory, Silk Road Samarkand complex. Later check into hotel for overnight, after a delicious local dinner (B,L,D)
Day 5: Samarkand-Bukhara
Today after breakfast , check out of hotel and proceed to board bullet train to Bukhara.
On arrival in Bukhara, visit Bakhouddin Nakshbandi comple; Later in the day, visit Ark fortress(Early Residence of Bukhara Emirs), Zindan prison, Chashmai Ayub museum of water supply. Later enjoy dinner and Nadir Divan Begi folk show; check into hotel for overnight at Bukhara. (B,L,D)
Day 6: Bukhara
Enjoy a hearty breakfast to start the day with visit to Old City of Bukhara -Ismail Samani; Toki Saraffon; Toki Telpak Furushon; Toki Zargaron; Timi Abdullakhan; Poi Kalon complex, Magoki Attory mosque with archeologic remains of caravansarays (the mosque is part of Zoroastrian religion).Later after a local meal, visit Lyabi Khauz complex; Madrasah of Abdulazizkhan; Chor Minor; Bolo Khauz; Madrasah of Abdullakhan; Madrasah of Modarikhan. Overnight at Bukhara hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 7: Bukhara-Khiva
Today after an early breakfast, check out of hotel to proceed to Khiva.. On arrival at Khiva, transfer to hotel for check in. Evening free at leisure till dinner. Overnight at Khiva hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 8: Khiva
After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Khiva. Visit Ichan Kala (The inner town) Kalta Minar and Mukhammad Aminkhan Madrassah (19th cent.), Mukhammad Rakhimkhan Madrassah(19th cent), Pakhlavan Mahmud’s Mausoleum(14th cent), Tash Khauli palace and harem (19th cent)
Later visit museum of Avesta (where according to the scientists the holy book was written), visit K.Khorezmiy museum. After dinner, overnight at hotel (B,L,D)
Day 9: Khiva
Today proceed to visit archeological sites of Zoroastrian settlements: Ayaz-Kala fortress (IV century B.C.); Toprak-Kala fortress (III century) located in Kyzylkum desert.
After a local lunch, Visit Kyzyl-kala fortress (X-XIII centuries) which is also an ancient settlement- a part of Zoroastrian religion. Later visit local bazaar for souvenirs. Overnight at Khiva hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 10: Khiva-Tashkent
After breakfast, check out of hotel and proceed to Urgench airport for morning flight to Tashkent. On arrival in Tashkent, visit the Old City of Tashkent – Khast Imam complex, Kukeldash madrasah from outside. Monument of Courage, The Repressions square with traditional ornament, Tashkent TV Tower (outside only), Minor mosque (outside only) Later visit to Chorsu Bazaar for souvenirs and dried fruits After dinner, proceed to hotel for rest, before check out for onward to airport for flight home. Day 11: Tashkent-Mumbai
Departure home with happy memories
